Among them, we can mention, with no limitation to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artistic works (drawing, painting, sculpture)<\/li>\n<li>Literary or scientific works.<\/li>\n<li>Computer programs<\/li>\n<li>Computer applications<\/li>\n<li>Websites<\/li>\n<li>Databases<\/li>\n<li>Film or theatre works<\/li>\n<li>Audiovisual works<\/li>\n<li>Scripts<\/li>\n<li>Video games and multimedia works<\/li>\n<li>Musical composition with or without lyrics, musical arrangements, soundtracks, video clips<\/li>\n<li>Choreographies<\/li>\n<li>Photographic work<\/li>\n<li>Engraving or lithographic work<\/li>\n<li>Graphic work map<\/li>\n<li>Project work, plan or design of architectural or engineering work<\/li>\n<li>Comic book or comic book work<\/li>\n<li>Translations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-211328320\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<div class=\"container section-title-container\" ><h3 class=\"section-title section-title-normal\"><b><\/b><span class=\"section-title-main\" >COPYRIGHT TYPES<\/span><b><\/b><\/h3><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">As the AUTHOR of an intellectual work, you have several types of rights that you might enjoy. These rights may be assigned in exchange for a financial consideration that is usually called a royalty. However you can only assign the economic rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">For this reason, as an author, you are interested in knowing what rights do you hold, what you can do with them, and which are those that cannot be waived. Likewise, in case of several authors, you are also interested in knowing what rights are possible to be transferred to third parties.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li><strong>AUTHOR\u2019S MORAL RIGHTS<\/strong> are non-transferable : As its creator, you have\u00a0the right to be recognized as the author\u2019s work, the right to decide to disclose and how to disclose the work, the right to protect the integrity of the work, the right to withdraw the work from the market or the right to access the single copy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PATRIMONIAL RIGHTS <\/strong>or rights to exploit the work can be hold in exclusivity but can also be assigned. These rights allow the author or its successors to obtain an economic return from the work.
